INGREDIENSER

2 dl syrup
2 dl sugar
2 dl whip cream
1 dl chopped almond

TILLAGNING

1. Mix the syrup, sugar, and whip cream in a wide pot.

2. Put it on the stove and boil until it is 125 degrees celsius. If you do not have a thermometer (the kind used to roast a steak in the oven) you can use a cup of cold water and drip some of the knäck into it. If you can form a firm ball with your fingers you know that it is done. Be careful not to burn yourself.

3. Add the chopped almonds.

4. Fill small paper molds with the hot mix. You can either use a spoon for this or fill something heatproof that you can poor it from. I use a half liter metal measurement cup for this.
