TILLAGNING1. Start by heating the oven to 200 degrees C2. Use a fork to prick the skin of the sweet potatoes 3. Cut the sweet potatoes in half along the long edge 4. Cover each cut surface and sprinkle over seasoning salt (alternatively use conventional salt, some chili powder, and smoked bell pepper powder) 5. Put the potatoes in the oven and bake them for 30 minutes, or until they are soft. 6. Clean the lime using soap and water 7. Zest the lime and add it to the sour cream 8. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice of one of them into the source cream 9. Add the chipotle powder (alternatively use chili powder and smoked bell pepper powder) 10. Add garlic powder (alternatively a minced garlic clove) 11. Mix it all together and place it in the fridge until it is time to eat 12. Dice the bell pepper, and drain the black beans (optional: adding also lentils) 13. Heat up olive oil in a frying pan 14. Add minced garlic and let it fry for 1-2 minutes 15. Add the black beans (and lentils) and spice it with cumin and salt to taste 16. Add the bell pepper and let them get warm.
